LIFE Community Resources Corp is an incorporated membership that was (unofficially) formed in 2010 by citizens of Girard, Georgia to discuss the betterment of the community.

The committee’s vision was to  provide a safe place for the citizens to interact with others, indulge in social activities including arts and crafts; health seminars-including exercising and nutritional information, meals that are distributed and administrative services such as assisting with the completion of paperwork, faxing, notary, emailing,  classes on self sufficiencies for Seniors.

We also visualized providing a safe place to assist school-age children with resources to aid with homework, self-building skills and health conscience initiatives.

The committee agreed that a Community Center would house such activities that would exemplify community awareness and social services.
